1. Refund Eligibility

Health Coaching Services: Due to the personalized nature of our health coaching sessions, refunds are generally not available once a session or package has begun. However, if you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us, and we’ll work to find a solution.

Products: Refunds are available for most physical products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Non-Refundable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

3. Process for Returns and Refunds
To request a return or refund:

Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

If eligible, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs for returning items are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations
For coaching services, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
